Dr. Gilbert M. Tumibay is a graduate of Masters of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) and Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology at Hannam University, South Korea. He is currently the Program Chair of the IT Program in the College of Computer Studies of Angeles University Foundation (AUF). He was a former Dean of Wesleyan University-Philippines (WU-P) and AUF. He is the former President for Philippine Operations of ToroCloud, a software development company based in Hongkong, with a branch in Sydney, Australia and Clark, Philippines. Currently, he is a member of the Commission on Information Technology Education (CITE) and an active accreditor of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU). He is one of the board members of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators (PSITE). His research interest is in the area of Software Engineering, Project Management, E-Commerce, Enterprise Integration and Data Analytics.
