Sharifah Osman received her B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, DipEd in Chemistry Studies from Maktab Perguruan Batu Pahat, Malaysia and obtained her Ph.D. in Engineering Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Her research interests focus on qualitative research, grounded theory, critical thinking, mathematical thinking, engineering education, and mathematics education.
