About the Proceedings

The volume contains selected, peer-reviewed papers from the 16th International Strategic Management Conference which was held on October, 28-30, 2021, in Baku-Azerbaijan. 

The conference is organized by the International Strategic Management and Managers Association in conjunction with Gebze Technical University, Istanbul Technical University, Yildiz Technical University and the global business and economics scholars’ network CEDIMES. 

66 full papers were subjected to a double-blind review process and 36 full papers were accepted for publication.

Conference focus on all aspects of strategic management i.e., Basic Concepts in Strategic Management, Strategic Performance Management, Strategic International Management, Strategic Marketing Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Behavioral Issues in Strategic Management, Leadership and Strategic Management, Financial Issues in Strategic Management.
